Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of sale governing all purchases made through our direct-to-consumer platform (“Platform”). By placing an order, the customer (“You”/“Customer”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the terms stated herein.
1. No Returns or Exchanges Post-Dispatch
1.1. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, the same shall be deemed final and binding.
1.2. We maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Accordingly, no requests for return, replacement, exchange, or refund shall be entertained under any circumstances once the product has been shipped.
2. Exceptions (If Any)
2.1. The only exceptions to Clause 1 above shall apply in cases where:
• The product delivered is materially damaged during transit, or
• The product received is demonstrably different from the product ordered.
2.2. In such cases, You are required to notify us in writing at troshilife@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting evidence (photographs, unboxing video, or such other proof as may be reasonably required).
2.3. Failure to report the issue within the stipulated timeline shall render the product ineligible for any form of resolution.
3. Expiry & Shelf-Life
3.1. Each product is supplied with a clearly mentioned expiry date / best before date on its packaging.
3.2. Customers are responsible for checking the expiry details at the time of receipt.
3.3. Products delivered with a valid shelf-life of *at least [X months] from the date of delivery shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
3.4. No claims shall be entertained in respect of expiry once the product has been delivered in accordance with this Policy.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vadodara.
